- 300 ml whole milk

Instructions
- 1 Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2 In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then whisk in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- 3 Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir until just combined — lumps are fine. Overmixing makes tough pancakes.
